Right when we entered, we were greeted with a friendly “Welcome,” despite Sam, the only worker in the store at the time, seeming occupied with helping another customer with a cake. I’ve worked at Coldstone for five years, and I got to say Sam’s work ethic and attention to his customers’ needs is exactly what any store manager would want in their store. He shared with me that he has only been working there since August, which is quite impressive for him to already be working in the store alone with such a short amount of time.nnHe was friendly, communicative, and made our experience amazing. I’m going to come back to this location again just because of the customer service that Sam provided.nnThis kid deserves a raise!!

I have been a long time customer and recently after taking some time from eating here, I revisited only to find the service is not the same. On 3 separate occasions, “they do not have milk” so can not make milk shakes! And the employees are so far from courteous it is a shame. Anyone know of a good place to get milk shakes?

Order a Got to Have It. I told the guy that wasn’t enough ice cream. He added a little more. When he finished the cup still wasn’t full. Who pay almost $6 for ice cream & doesn’t get what you paid for. He blamed the manager not letting them give the customer the full size.

So all of the Ice cream was melted today and instead of throwing it out they were still serving it. It was barely cold. When i asked why the ice cream was melted the two young people making orders said the machine was broken. Once i went up to pay the older guy not sure if he’s a manager or owner had the nastiest attitude. I am a paying customer who shouldn’t have spent money on the melted no good ice cream so the least they could do is be polite. When i seen it wasn’t cold he began to question me and say you don’t have to take it Give it back after he charged my card. This location seems to always have something going on. That was my last time coming here. Do better.

Mind you, there’s a pandemic going on.nnCalled this location multiple times to try to have my ice cream called in so I could just pick up. Eventually decided to drive up to the store after hours of no answer. Got there and on the door were very poor signs made up with pencil writing that was not readable even at close range. They had only one employee working (who didn’t have a mask) and she was slammed packed by herself with to go orders she didn’t have time to get ready and a line of people in the store. She said they’re barely able to pay her and they won’t hire anyone right now. Shows a lot about businesses during this time. Very ashamed. Only spent my money in store that day so that I could leave that girl a tip for her hard work.nnWendover location has never been my favorite but this was my reminder of why I will not return to this location again
