I travel from Danville Va to come here. I have been coming here for years and I do tell anyone I know about this place. This is not just your ordinary bakery. The food here is always prepared fresh and delicious. I have never had any issues. Plus, if you have pets they make treats that are safe and edible for them to eat. I do highly recommend this place. Oh by the way, this place stays busy so come early and enjoy!!!

I live about two hours away but come at least once a month (usually more) for cake. I’ve introduced it to most of my friends and they love it. I’ve tried them all but I love red velvet. It’s always so moist. I will say that over the past three years there has been one of two times the cake was dry. It’s usually consecutively so I am assuming it’s a certain person making them. Last month they were dry but I just went and they are back to moist goodness. I wanted to give it another try because it’s usually good. I love the order online option. Staff are friendly and always have on masks and abide by social distancing. If you’re thinking of trying please go.nnThe only thing I don’t like is shipping. I ordered and shipped to a friend and it seemed expensive. I understand it may be more for shipping cake but it seems extensive. If shipping wasn’t so expensive I’d probably ship more to friends and family since I can’t visit.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Everything we have tried so far is fabulous and delicious. Everything is fresh and moist. Carrot cake is spectacular!! Also, I’m so happy with their choice to use compostable material where they can (forks, containers, etc). I love taking friends and family to this place.
