I come here probably 2-3 times a week and I never have any issues! If you’re not a regular, I suggest coming during certain hours because the drive-thru line gets long fairly quickly.

We was waiting in the drive Thur and we said hello and nobody answered so we went to the window and the lady took forever and we told her that nobody was talking our order and she was like sorry but going to have to go back and when we went back she was like sorry but it’s close ud83dude21ud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2c the lady had curly orange ish hair

Stopped to get a coffee and a bagel sandwich with bacon and egg on my way to work from this location, but found once I got to work that they just gave me a plain, untoasted bagel. This location is usually not the best for getting things right (I've had them give me the wrong drinks before and things like that), and I even checked the bag to make sure I had gotten what looked like a bagel sandwich, but still ended up disappointed. Ultimately I paid like $5 for just a cold bagel I didn't really want to eat, and then I couldn't even call the store about the issue because no one answers the phone and their voicemail is full. Don't go to this Dunkin unless you have time to go back through the drive through and get your order corrected!

:( Only DD left in Greensboro and the associate who was taking our order walked off in the middle. We notified the manager and she couldn’t have cared less, she seemed annoyed we interrupted her conversation. I was buying drinks and donuts for my company but ended up walking out. I love DD and fought to come here over other options. Really disappointing experience ud83dude41
