The most underrated breakfast chain. Their bagels are always fresh, soft, and chewy all at once. Every time I go in there I see them making them fresh. They have a selection of cream cheeses and are decently priced. I love their jalapeño cheddar bagel. Their plain house coffee is fresh and smooth. Breakfast with flavor.
Quality bagels, but not so quality staff. While I understand they’re typically rather busy in the mornings, the management needs to discuss some better efficiency skills. They really struggle to take online and phone orders. Will not be returning.
I've always had a great experience here, the bagels are always delicious! And the rewards they give you in the app are awesome! I always order ahead so haven't had an issue with it being too busy.

They seem to struggle with call in orders. When in store dinning resumes they need a refresher. It is looking pretty shabby for a upscale shopping center .
