I went to the deli after work looking for something for dinner. Debra was there to help me out. She listened while I explained what I was trying to do, made suggestions and really helped me make the right decision. Of course it is delicious food, but the service really puts it over the top! Thank you Debra and thank you Lowe’s food for all your help!!
I go here because it's really the only grocery store that's convenient for me. In general it's a decent place to shop. Pricey obviously, but it's to be expected. The part that gets on my last nerve here is the coffee bar. They have a coffee bar that is all things considered, pretty good! Cheap when you compare it with others too. However it's such a problem just to get somebody to help you at the coffee bar. I'll often show up standing around waiting for somebody to help. I have gone up to the coffee bar probably 3 times in the last 30 days and didn't end up getting anything because no one ever showed up to help. The people that run the bar right next to it are no help either. They see me standing there. Nonetheless they pretend not to see me and hope I don't notice. From top to bottom, the service here is questionable.
Delicious Chicken! Very warm and welcoming customer service from the kind African American women who was cooking the chicken. I would not doubt if it was her recipe for the amazing tasty chicken. She reminds me of a very sweet & Loving Grandma! #Respect

I was yesterday and I sat in the bar and the young woman did not even look at me for more than 10 minutes, she did not ask me anything in the end I had to go
