Just no...all 3 times I've been here is been a disappointment. Everything from poor customer service to pretty bad mixing.nToday literally topped the cake off though with a generously FLAT medium mud pie mojo. Not to mention the attendant barely mixed it.nI only come to this one because they close later than the others but I would just target not have any I've cream after football practice if it's always going to be a hassle for them too at least get it right.

Experience was ruined before I even made it to the ice cream. Highly recommend choosing another place for ice cream.

I came here tonight around 9:30. We were exited to come in and grab some delicious icecream. The icecream was great as usual but what made our experience sour were the workers. We were not welcomed nor were we greated with any kind of smile. We were just stared at with an attitude until we told the worker what we wanted. We personally felt unwelcomed. This upsets me because we only come out to Cold Stone every couple months for a good treat. After we ordered, we simply asked if there was a military discount available. The worker just silently walked away with an attitude to get another worker to input the discount. We feel let down about this experience.

I'd give one star but the ice cream was good (kinda hard to mess that up). I bought ice cream for 4 kids and 3 adults. It was cold and rainy outside so we were standing and eating inside as they removed all the chairs. The manager came out and rudely told us that they were not open for inside dining and that there were signs posted everywhere letting us know that and we'd have to leave. I walked around the store (which is pretty small so it didn't take long) and looked on the front door and there wasn't a sign anywhere telling us they were closed for eating in. If there was a sign telling us that, there is no way I would've bought ice cream to take these kids out in that weather to eat it. I asked her where the signs were that she was referring to and she pointed to one on a bench that says no waiting in the store and if the x marks on the floor are full (talking about the social distancing) you'll have to wait outside. Nowhere in that store did it mention no dining in. Very bad customer service. If don't want customers eating in, let them know BEFORE they order. Won't be back to this store.
