Not as good as it used to be. Ollie's is probably better on pricing.
Recently the store has been rearranged. But there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to where anything is so its hard to find everything. A lot of products I find in the wrong spots and so I don't actually know the pricing of most items. I do like the furniture section and the home decor!
Five Star Plus rating excellent excellent excellent I just Big Lots location I will return and two others great employee help Customer Service pricing and availability of products awesome inventory and products to choose from and the pricing did not have to wait but a couple seconds to get waited on thank you Big Lots employees management staff for making my fiance and my visit a very enjoyable one like I said we will return and tell others about our visit thank you thank you thank
My step daughter my wife, grandson and I went to both big lots both on rt 68 we went there because my step daughter wanted to buy a dinning table and chairs, both stores the staff was excellent we went to one story they were out of the item we were looking for, they called and directed us to the other store where they had the item, we purchased the item and they helped us load It in to the vehicle, great service all the way around...
Excellent customer service. Incredible pricing. 100% satisfied. Thumbs up to the furniture department.
