I don't know what the other reviews are about but my experience with them was fantastic. We had carpet replaced in Master and bonus(went with a higher grade other than builders). A team of 6 guys showed up and it was a well oiled machine. Everyone seemed to just know what was to be done next. Stairs took a little time but looked amazing. More so than the original company that did them.
Very unhappy about the way I was treated by this company. I had purchased a home who used this company and I wanted to have the carpet removed in all the bedrooms and living room and install bamboo flooring. Well, this has been going on for 2 months and I have been working with Jill and if I could give this company minus stars I would. I’m guessing my request wasn’t worth their time. Trying to get an estimate was like pulling teeth and I could only imagine the service.
If I could rate this company zero stars I would. We spent a great deal of money installing marble floors in our master bathroom and it was one of the worst experiences we have ever had with a business. To this day our floors have a huge brown spot that builders wholesale is refusing to correct and fix. We have been told upon installation someone left something on the floor that has come up through the porous marble and stained it.
We just purchased a $200K home. The flooring was done by Builders Wholesale Flooring, the same one on this site. During the move-in we noticed what looked like glue residue where the wood floor joins the linoleum. I called, spoke with Melissa and set a physical appointment for 8/13/17 @ 11am. They were a no show, no call. The same week I called on 8/15/17, spoke with Melissa again and set another appointment for 8/18/17 @ 11am. No show, no call again. I then contacted the home builder who knows the owner and went that route.
