I am a huge cold stone fan but this store has good days and bad. For as much as I pay for a large, the amount I get sometimes looks more like the small. I understand amounts will vary but today I could tell by looking at it that it was not even going to come close to reaching the rim yet was charged full price (see in photos the amount given). Also, I ordered the “somewhere over the raindough” which is suppose to come with frosting... I guess they don’t have it because the subbed it for whipped cream without even asking if that was okay. It seems like the new people aren’t trained well and it shows. Can’t wait for the new one to open in hopes I will get my moneys worth.

Every time we come up here they seem to close at a different time despite what’s online as well as the sign. It’s Easter many places are closed, so we call to see if there open, the girl says yes until 830. Ok cool ! We come a little after 8 and to no surprise the sign is off. Now a guy answers and now they close at 8 if that was the case we would have came earlier. This happens all the time and it makes you not want to go.

The product as always its great! But for some reason they're inventory isn't. They are always out of something, it be straws, bags or toppings! A bit inconvenient if you don't live so close and go out of your way to purchase their ice cream!

No smoothies, no milkshakes, no milk and the girl flipped out over masks but yet hers didn't have her nose covered.
