Awesome service, definitely recommend, ESPECIALLY night shift, got me out of that line in .5 seconds. If they had my order wrong the always offered to replace it. Super friendly staff. They always say “Drive Safe, Have a nice day” and they always offer new things! ONCE AGAIN 10/10 definitely recommend.

When this location in a quality mark gas station opened we should have known. The training and customer service was nowhere up to par. It has since improved but I would stick to ☕ coffee and ud83cudf69 donuts and no complicated orders for now. I do love the mobile ordering and the app and they do have ♿ handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and seating.

I'm originally from Connecticut, where there are multiple DD in every town. I was excited to hear they were putting one close enough by that I'd be able to visit every day. I've got to say, I'm disappointed, I know the location is new..but there have been multiple occasions where I've waited almost 20 minutes...I drove off more than once. The folks there are nice, I've never had a bad interaction, and being a regular they got to know me from what I ordered. Alas, I can't handle caffeine the way I used to, so I always order decaf...and today was the third time where it wasn't decaf that they gave me. I can't continue to go there if they're not going to get the order correct. It's a shame, because like I said they are friendly!!

I come to this location almost everyday that I work and for the last month or so there service has gone down hill , from not getting the orders right even after reading it back to me to not having anything ready at 5am no donuts ready and people not wearing gloves and touching their hair and face . a lot of people that work at the hospital stop here before going to work. it just really puts a bad taste in my mouth .I love DD but this location needs some help

Always disappointed when I go here. It is literally 2 minutes from my house so it is convenient. You can never expect the same thing. I ordered an iced coffee and they messed up and tried to give me a hot coffee so I asked them to please just give me an iced one, so they poured it over ice. If you ask for anything specific like a more toasted bagel they will mess it up. Out of the many times I have been here I have been disappointed more than none.
