This place isn't even there!! It's for rent no one there at all!! I'm so upset about this, why is it not reported why does it say it's opened?!? Come on Google!! & Groupon!! Even the phone doesn't work!! ud83eudd28

Great place to go.. Good prices, excellent customer service. The owner is super sweet and polite.nShe is very organized with everything, so show respect for her and the other customers and be on time. Really recommend this place.nnAlso, this place is not for kids, and it has polices. . Follow them. This a place to relax.

Saturday July 14,2018 I had an appointment but the owner injured her hand. I saw her whole arm brace I instantly felt bad for her. Even though her injury kept her from doing my service she made up for it through her customer service!!! I am very big on customer service and I must say I am impressed! She not only apologized for not being able to do my service but she offered me a service FREE OF CHARGE and of GREATER VALUE to make up for me having to travel. I've never heard of anyone offering a greater value service for free to make up for her own injury. I don't know a lot of businesses that will be that thoughtful. She was very gracious and she treated me as if I were FAMILY!!!! She told me to whenever I do come back to make myself right at home! She took her time talking to me not once did she rush me out of the door she is so relatable and lovable. She is truly fabulous. That was my first visit with her any even though I didn't get my service that day I ended leaving with something much greater! My appointment is next weekend and I CANNOT WAIT!

Had a great experience! The owner is calm, welcoming and overall very welcoming. I had to get my original appointment rescheduled because last time I was at the House of Effleurage, another client was causing quite the ruckus. She did rate and leave a distasteful , untrue comment; as I was there the whole time, siting and watching the ordeal go down. The owner DID NOT physically handle, said client, in any way or fashion. The owner was suffering from a recently broken hand & was very calm with the client. The client kept yelling and arguing leading the owner to ask the client to reschedule her appointment, in hopes the client would come back with a better attitude. When the owner saw the client getting frustrated she offered her a free service but the client the meet declined to demand her money back. The owner informed her that she cannot issue refunds but instead, she can get another treatment on another day. The owner is doesn’t “only care about money”, she’s very knowledgeable in is evident she loves doing her job! She does respect people and stayed respectful towards the client the WHOLE time. Will definitely be coming back!

Outstanding service here! Very professional and caring. I feel very valued as a client. Staff are all personable and knowledgeable. They understand and recommend services based on an individual's needs.nSpa is very calming with water and music.nnBooking on line is a breeze and I love the text message and email reminders.nnFair and reasonably priced. Its affordable!
