Ladies were very helpful to my husband and myself trying to match fabric to a sofa back he sliced with his razor knife opening the shipping box.
I am from Columbia,S C and visit relatives in Clemmons NC often. Always try to visit this shop because it has pretty, quality merchandise and unusual gift items. Always find personnel friendly and helpful. Nice experience.

I recently moved to the area and was in need of custom draperies.nThe two ladies working there never offererd to help me and when I asked they had a condescending attitude. I had to pay $15 to take swatches home and was told they would call me with prices. TWO MONTHS later I never got a call back. Today I returned the swatches and told the lady I never got a call with quotes on all the window treatments I needed. She ignored what I said. No apology, no “let me check for you”, nothing. Custom draperies are not cheap... and she just let me leave.nnBy the way, you don’t get your money back for the swatches, you get a store credit.nAs much as it hurts me that this shop got a dime from me, I will never step foot in there again.
