Our salesperson, Vickie, was very pleasant and quick to “listen” to our concerns and needs. She offered to bring Kendra over to help us visualize each piece of furniture in the bedroom using her laptop. That was extremely helpful to my wife and I. They both offered great suggestions but without being aggressive. Both of these ladies are to be commended in the way they represent Havertys. ud83dudc4dud83cudffbud83dudc4dud83cudffb

Sally was wonderful. She listened to what I was looking for, and showed me selections that might fit my needs (keeping track of the sofas/chairs I liked). She also gave me space so I could take everything in on my own. I would highly recommend working with Sally Walker.

2/21/21:Irene was very helpful and informative and super friendly!nn4/8/21: Update: When ordering my furniture I was told everything would be in stock at the warehouse no later than the end of March even though there’s no guarantee. My mattress was delivered on 3/13 but the rest of my order was put on hold due to me moving. The rest of the order was supposed to arrive April 6th but the warehouse was out of stock on all my items. April 20th is the next date they will have my items in stock and ready to deliver.nAlso: to deliver/install your furniture they charge you a $299 flat rate.

We worked with John Minga and he was great. Not a pushy salesman, just a employee that took the time to show some customers around that store and give them options. He then followed up with an email to tell us more about the products that we liked and it provided us with the dimensions of the items. After having visited many places, we do plan on returning and purchasing these items from him.
