Could not ask for a better experience to purchase furniture! Our sales rep was amazing and very patient! (Not sure if I am supposed to give her name? It's Lisa!) She knows the features and benefits of every sofa, graciously answers questions and provides guidance when needed! Very helpful with style, color and fabric questions! And extremely patient!!!!

We had made only one purchase from La Z Boy in Winston Salem until yesterday. First to buy a new recliner and yesterday to purchase new furniture for our home at the beach. I met a wonderful sales associate named Janie Minton during our first small purchase. She was great to work with so naturally I wanted to use her again. She has so much patience and really works with you to find the right fit for your needs. It was a true pleasure meeting and working with her again!! She is awesome!! Can’t wait until our new furniture arrives!! Thank you so much Janie!

Upon arrival at the store, we were met by Ms. Lisa who was extremely helpful in determining the couch that best fit our needs. She gave super suggestions, showing numerous styles and helped us find the couch that was best for us. She never pressured or “haggled” us at all! Most importantly, she was personable, she was honest, and she was knowledgeable about La-Z-Boy furniture and the time and craftsmanship that goes into building a lifelong sofa! Great selection, variety, and quality. I was there for a new recliner of which they had lots. A sale event was going on and helped me to save about $250. Helpful, polite associates that didn't hound me while I tried out a dozen or so different recliners. Since it was a Sunday and no banks were open, they worked with me to find a reasonable amount to put down to hold the chair until I could return the next morning with the balance. Would definitely buy from this LaZBoy store again.

In June, we ordered/purchased Joshua recliner, Morrison recliner, and Brooks reclining sofa from the Winston Salem NC location; our furniture was delivered in September. We also purchased the fabric warranty. At the time of purchase we were told the warranty was especially beneficial since we have pets.nUnfortunately we had to file a claim. We have an elderly cat who wet the Morrison recliner; pet bodily fluid is covered (stain or damage).nOur claim was denied stating since we could not see the stain the warranty didn’t cover smell.nWe spent close to $3000 on furniture with a warranty to protect.nIt’s unfortunate we had to file a claim but even more unfortunate we were denied.nnUPDATE:nThank you, La-Z-Boy Furniture, for working with us to find a solution.
