This location was definitely no better than any other lowes. I went in to purchase a washer. It took more than an hour to be waited on. Once waited on the sales experience was horrible. The lady over appliances was taking her time to do a million other things. Finally the manager came to offer some assistance. The store manager did a decent job to make the experience better. However. It was already tainted from the beginning.

Don't have anything bad to say about this store. Nicely lit, great selection and they have expanded their seasonal department. I get all my seed and landscaping stuff from them, have bought a few mowers there, and an endless amount of plumbing and electrical items. I have always found the personnel to be helpful and knowledgeable.
I always go here when I need something for home improvement. They have great customer service but I really miss Bill in the tool department. He had a lot of experience and made good suggestions for when I was doing something at my house. Kurley in electrical and Sammy will be missed.
Full disclosure, I was a part time employee, but I have shopped at Lowe's for many years. The benefit of working there, aside from the employee discount, was getting to know every product Lowe's carries and working alongside product experts in specific departments like plumbing, electrical or lawn & garden. I gained knowledge that helped me do my job AND maintain my home and property.
