It seems they have plenty of helpful staff. I witnessed employees assisting customers all over the store. I asked 2 different staff members questions & both were very knowledgeable & willing to help. 1 gave me an aisle number for an item & the other walked with me to different areas of the store to try to find what I was looking for. All staff I saw had on masks, there were safety guards at check out & lines were not too long.

Everything was going great, until Legacy Flooring, contracted through Lowe’s came into my home to install flooring and took complete advantage of us. I reported this to the store manager Courtney and while her mouth said she cared, her actions have not shown that. I called to tell Lowe’s that product was stolen from me, and not one follow up call has been made. We have had to call back and we are now escalating this. I love Lowe’s, but I can’t say that I’ll continue to do business with you all.

One thing that always surprises me about the folks in Lowe's and then also in Home Depot, floor staff rarely acknowledge your presence. I was in the plumbing department looking for a specific item yesterday afternoon and I knew the general aisle location, but after a few trips around three different aisles, had not found what I wanted. There was plumbing staff working in one of the aisles, I walked by them twice but was never asked if I'd found what I was looking for. When I stopped and asked where something was I was given a direction to go several aisles over and then down to the end and it might be there. Unfortunately the section where what I wanted should have been was so picked over I ultimately came away with nothing.nnI was trying not to spend my money at Amazon, but in the end, they got $75 from me.

I love the selection and certain departments have really great selections. I will say that I gotten caught in some really long wait times to handle some pretty simple tasks. I have come to the conclusion that there is never a short visit there...returns can be a nightmare and if you have other issues be prepared to be very patient. While they will eventually resolve them, be patient is all I can say! Staff and selection get 5 stars, speed of resolutions not so much :)
