Waited almost 15 minutes just to order our food. After the long wait, we didn’t receive an “I’m sorry about the wait” or anything. Wish I could say the food made up for it, but unfortunately that was a disaster as well. I can’t believe how rude these employees are to their paying customers. I ordered a bread bowl of tomato soup for my son and it was put into a cup. When I addressed this to an employee’s attention they told me that unfortunately the bread bowl costs extra and they cannot do that. I explained that I knew for a FACT that I ordered it and then a manager came around to show me our ticket and argue with me that I ordered a cup. I guess it didn’t cross their minds that their cashier could have made a mistake. After having to ARGUE with the manager for several minutes about the situation she gave in and dumped the cup of soup into a bread bowl, although she acted pained to do so. To top it off our Caesar salads didn’t have croutons and when my mom went to ask about them she was told they were out of the things they needed to make them. I wish we would have been informed of that while ordering. I think it’s easy to say that we will never be returning to this Panera Bread location.

This restaurant is very dirty. Tables are not cleaned, microwave was filthy. I requested microwave have spilled hot chocolate cleaned for 3 weeks. Nothing. Yesterday I told them no paper towels in men's room. I watched. I watched 2 employees leave men's room without washing hands. No management.

Absolutely the slowest Panera bread in the country. No wonder it has a 3.8 rating. Food was good once I finally got it. BTW there was only 3 people in the store

I had just gotten back in my home area after a car trip of about 18 hours, and I was famished. The drive through looked pretty busy, and I needed to get out of my car, so I donned my mask and went inside to order. I placed my order on the no-contact kiosks they offer. There was one order ahead of mine, yet I still received my food in under 5 minutes! They also happily provided an extra container of dressing for my salad. 10/10 will be visiting again! ❤ufe0f
