I try my very best not to complain. I work in retail, and I know anyone can have a bad day. The last several times my wife and I visited the Duncan on Lewisville Clemmons rd, the service was lack luster at best. My wife loves iced coffee, and her order is never right. It's not that complicated of an order, and it seems like our order is a bother to the workers there. The Duncan in Mocksville on the other hand, is the bomb. Great service and always treated us like they were glad to see us. My wife emailed Duncan's corporate a few weeks ago, still no response. Sorry Duncan in Clemmons, we will not be back.
