I recieved my new tv this morning in Jeffersonville Indiana, they don't ring door bell to let us know our items are on my doorstep, just leaves taking chances of stuff to be taken by thieves. UPS is always respectful making sure we answer our door before leaving it. I took pics of my all around damaged tv box from FedEx but doesn't let u upload on reviews.

Lost package said left at my door no package. My apt. Door says 179 wasn't left at 179. I was home all day no FedEx truck came to my building. I live at the end of my street and the last building only one way in one way out. Get the run around on phone with FedEx
Our package was supposed to be delivered on a certain day (Wednesday). The FedEx tracking information said our package was on the truck at 6:44 a.m. in Jeffersonville, ready to be delivered. We saw two FedEx trucks in our small city throughout the day, one in which the driver was simply sitting idly in his truck, in the Walmart parking lot. Our package was NOT delivered on the promised day, and when we called this evening, speaking to two different associates, they blamed lack of drivers, the virus, the driver him or herself deciding not to deliver it. We simply do not know what the true story is. Supposedly it will be delivered tomorrow between 11 a.m. and 4:30 or something like that. So ticked off.
They have delivered lots of packages from Walmart in the last month. I had placed an order with Walmart and it seems Fed Ex has called me on every delivery to make sure I am aware that I will be getting a package that day. They are punctual and always call to make me aware my package has arrived. Thank You Fed Ex. ALICE
