Furniture is nice and for a great price HOWEVER their delivery method needs a tremendous update. I wasted an entire day sitting at home waiting for my sectional to arrive, for it not to come. I called the store twice during the day — first time it was an hour to half and a half away, second time it was they got caught up putting a tv stand together and were behind. My tip would be not to schedule so many deliveries in a day that you can’t guarantee them all. And also to at least give people a decent delivery time window. 10am to 10pm is unacceptable. I am working through the pandemic and don’t have extra time to spare, especially with nothing to show for it. IF I do decide to get more furniture from them it will be purchased directly from the store and taken home with me.

I love my sectional and dining room set! Great experience overall and I love the prices. I read some of the comments and was a little hesitant, but I’m glad I went ahead and purchased them. The delivery drivers were very nice and on time with the delivery and the people in the store were very helpful.

I love the look of the piece of furniture I chose however it was not made well. A piece broke and when I called the store about a replacement piece there was going to be a charge to replace the broken piece of the bed.nI have never bought furniture and the store not fix the product.nAlso used their Acima program which is horrible and has hidden fees. Store should switch to the Progressive plan!!nStaff is friendly and helpful but will not purchase here again.nnUpdate! Received a call today that they double checked and my furniture is still under warranty so they will fix the product!
