I went to Mattress firm on a whim while I had to wait for something else. I met Michelle and she was so kind. She respected my small time window and I was able to test a couple of mattresses and learn the window of time for delivery. I came back that Saturday (like I told her I would) and within maybe 10-15 minutes I was purchasing a mattress. I told her my price range and she stuck with it. It’s the Perfect Sleeper my Serta I believe. It is used (which wasn’t necessarily my preference) but she assured me that it would be clean. She was so helpful!! I came out spending less than what I saved for a mattress and a box spring. Michelle was so helpful and kind. She was also very personable. Truly a blessing to have been able to work with her.
