Two days ago I ordered donuts for my husband and his staff for Valentine's Day to be delivered this morning at 9:00 AM At his work. At 8:45 AM I received an email that the delivery was cancelled due to an error in the in-store system, and to call for more information. So I did. I spoke with a switchboard lady not in Winston first. She took my information and had no more information to give me other than to call the local store. She was sending them a message to call me as well. No one answered the phone in Winston and I received no phone call. Quite disappointing with 15 minutes notice and no reason why.
Clean, good donuts, waited FOREVER to get helped and employee acted like I was a bother
They always seem to be out of what I want. Drive thru speaker unclear & staff seems to be annoyed with you.
The oreos doughnut is nasty as hell do not get it you have to get it when it fresh my doughnut was hard as hell never get that again
Two words...HOT LIGHT! Doughnuts are amazing right off the conveyor belt and friendly staff.
