First off, I would’ve given this establishment 5 stars, for the staff. They were knowledgeable, and very kind. However, I was intentionally charged a delivery fee, and I was told if I picked up my furniture the delivery fee would be refunded. I picked up my furniture a day after my order, and the I was told by an associate that they would “call me” when they were able to give my refund. I asked to speak with a manger, and I was told “they don’t have one”. Almost a month later, I still have not received my refunded delivery fee, for my furniture that was never delivered. All in all, the staff for the most part was great. And I absolutely love my furniture.

I went into this store with a friend who just purchased a dining room table. (No issues purchasing the table we were just back for pickup.) We went into store to show me around b/c this was my first experience in this store. I saw a rug I liked and inquired about the price to a sales associate. When he inquired about the price and specials for me to the manager there was a huge outburst by Tom Jr right in front of us. He slammed the door went to the back office cussing and fussy then he loudly cussed an older gentleman on his staff (Jim) for just asking a question. It was extremely unprofessional and off putting to act like that in front of customers. He left a bad impression and I will not be spending my money here.

First of all... made a huge mistake by buying from them. Paid way too much for (what I believe) a floor model couch and I also got a TV stand from them that was also floor model. It was supposed to come in new in a box but they gave me the floor model because they couldn’t find where they kept the boxes. It was scratched up and overpriced. I also believe I over paid for some chairs too because I saw the same chairs at another place that were $10 more cheaper.
