All of my experiences with the AAFES furniture store have been positive ones. I would much rather go there to purchase appliances and furniture than attempt to buy off of AAFES janky website. The furniture store can usually get stuff they have in stock to you within days instead of the weeks and months required from the website.
Great products and Awesome customer service. I gave 4 stars due to large delivery charges.
WORST customer service. Refused to give us a refund on our washer and dryer that was malfunctioning since we purchased it (was under the 30 days refund or exchange) and then told us if we wanted a refund we had to bring back the washer and dryer even though they delivered it.
The washer and dryer we wanted after checking was a good deal but of course after they did a computer check it was not in stock . I asked why they did not have a sign on there letting people know and she made up some story about selling the last one this morning . She then put the sale sticker right back on it . They also had no hook up kits in stock .... what a useless waste of time . You would think for it being Black Friday they would be more aware of what they have and properly have things labeled.
High prices, but they never have anything in stock. It takes 2-3 weeks to order. There may be no taxes, but the prices are higher AND adding the delivery fee in, makes the price about the same or even more expensive. I'd prefer to go off post and pay taxes and a cheaper delivery for convenience and a cheaper overall price.
