Waited over an hour for my food and drink. Then they downgraded the drink to medium. They also have consistently forgotten an item on my order for the past 3 orders.

I used to think this place was slow because all the soldiers rushing there in between PT and duty hours. But then I went in on a Saturday morning with hardly any customers. It still took 20 mins for them to start to make my latte, while at least a dozen iced coffees, various drinks, and a few dozen sandwiches where made. Unless you have a lot of time zero other options, go somewhere else.nnI will say that they always get my order right, it might just take half the day to get it to me.

This was my favorite Dunkin to go. I usually get a drink and a sandwich but today I added some donuts to my usual. I got my sandwich and drink but they completely forgot my donuts. I tried to ask an employee where the rest of my order, but was given attitude. So I called it a loss and just left without my donuts.

I was extremely thankful for the staff's kindness and professionalism this morning. I was in a hurry and placed my order at the wrong Dunkin. However, I told the staff what had happened. They immediately fixed my order without charging me twice.

I love Dunkin but I truly hate going to this location. I wrote a review a year ago and little has changed, if any. New employees- same terrible attitude. I'm beginning to think it's management's fault. Pinehurst Donuts LLC, do better.nnTerrible customer service, every single employee that I interacted with gave me attitude, it took 15 minutes to receive two coffees and a sandwich with three people in front of me.
