We have been going to this Cold Stone for two years once a week. Over the past 6 months or so this place has started to go downhill. Last night was the last chance I was giving them. Both the workers in the store were rude to me and the 7 people in front of me. They were complaining about their job, co-workers and made comments in front of us all for coming in close to closing and that “that’s what you get when you come in right before we close” referring to the wait and that only one of them was making ice cream. To top this all off the worker got both our ice creams wrong and gave us both the same mix in of Oreos when it wasn’t even remotely close to what we asked for. We will be driving into Fayetteville now just to get better service. UnacceptablennI worked at a Cold Stone for 3 years in High School from 2005-2007 in California. Our Cold Stone was the busiest in the country at that time and it closed at midnight. We never complained because we liked our job and the tips made up for the long nights when we wouldn’t get out till around 2:00AM sometimes. Cold Stone is a great place to work and is fun. Owners here need to look at who they have working there and who is managing and create a better culture. It can be a great learning experience for workers if they can buy into the company.

Loved it. We enjoy the flavors that we got and we are sure to come back.nBackground music a little loud that's why communication is a little off with regards to ordering but it was rectified accordingly. So it was cool.

Ask anyone who knows me- ice cream drives me wild, some flavors or brands more than others. At this location, I have tried and just can’t get enough of the mint flavor mixed with chocolate flakes! The first visit I made to the shop, I requested mint with chocolate chips; however, the server suggested I instead incorporate flakes. You’re the real MVP! ud83dude01

On the way there i was goin like 30 over and a cop hidden in the bushes turns on his sirens and catches up to me, im the only car on the road, then passes me and turns them off while visably laughing hysterically. Then after i get my ice cream and driving back my phone dies so now im driving around in an unfamiliar part of fort bragg for about 10 min goin in circles, ice cream melting on hand while im eating it. Finally recognize a road. Make it back. Go in elevator and theres another dude also eating ice cream in there. Mind you its early February noone else should be doing this. Ice cream tastes good tho
