Very friendly. Mr. Oliver responded quite quickly in my need of a mattress. They have a wide selection of only the best mattresses for the price. They even show you the actual price verse what you will be actually paying. They offered same day delivery and everything. Family oriented he even made my 6 year old daughter part of the experience. If you need a mattress look no further, if you feel the need to verify this post look for my daughter's picture on his proud wall of customers she will be wearing a unicorn head band. Can't say thank you enough.
