We purchased our upgraded system 2 years ago when we built our home. I called today to have our unit services and the pilot light lit for the upcoming season and was informed “they don’t do that” and that they don’t service their units or light pilot lights. The not so helpful receptionist also recommended I call “some gas company” to do these things for me. I suggest purchasing your gas logs somewhere else, specifically a company who can care for and maintain their products.

Hired them initially after the storm, they came quickly, even came back to repair and issue that arose later . Would Recommend them
Davco installed gutters on my house and in the process they blocked the movement of my flood lights and motion sensors?? PM me, I will send you pictures. And They refused to fix the problem even when I agreed to pay half the cost. Now I have to pay someone to come out and move the flood lights. Will NEVER use Davco again. Can't wait to review them in home advisor, Angie's list, and the better business bureau.
