Mike Robbins was friendly, helpful and courteous, as well as professional. He patiently answered our every question and never once rushed or pressured us in any way. I would recommend anyone looking to make a furniture purchase, just stop in and ask for Mike. He’s very thorough and willing to help.
Mike is AMAZING. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable on ALL the Ashley furniture, works hard to find you the best deal to fit within your budget, and is so patient and kind. I definitely recommend giving the Ashley outlet store a chance when it comes to buying new furniture of any kind! We will definitely be back in the future.
Where to even begin. We ordered a couch back in September...still waiting on it. I understand covid is a current issue, however, we were told it would be no longer than 12 weeks, and more than likely less than that. It’s been over 5 months!! Every time we speak to someone at this office we get a different answer. Literally the date for delivery to the warehouse changes on a daily basis, and we continue to be strung along. We paid in full upfront and this is unacceptable. No one actually knows when we will get it and I’m starting to assume it hasn’t even been made. Not to mention once it gets to the warehouse, it will have to sit there and be quarantined. I will not ever purchase from this store again or Ashley furniture. When you know you sold someone something and it has taken this long, you don’t check the computer, you call wherever it is and find out what is actually going on. Terrible customer service. Will be cancelling and getting a refund
The manager Mike did a great job fixing the issues at hand. He was very professional and great at what he does. Also if you need a good sales man ask for Tim! He is your guy. Thank guys
