Good communication but driver really needs to get a GPS. Giving an address and a few landmarks was not good enough and it led to problems. Worked out ok in the end.
My windshield was hit by a rock from this truck. I was well beyond 100 feet from the truck. I got closer and noticed it has next to no mud flaps. I called to tell them and see about restitution, but they said it was road hazard. I told them about mud flaps and he insisted that all his trucks have mud flaps. The proof is in the picture.
