Walmart Pharmacy

I just had surgery..went to get my meds after and my husband had it called in the day before,right...went to get get the assistants where rude and slow and it took from 11a.m to 3p.m for himto get my meds...its like this every time...

Extremely slow service, especially given the fact that they have an army of associates behind the counter but only one working the register and fetching the medications.nWhat are those pharmacists doing back there?nI'm certain I've seen as many as five or six of them back there at once, you would think after getting your medications called in 24 hours in advance that six pharmacists could manage to put thirty pills in a bottle.

The corporation should be held accountable. They never answer the phone then when they do you are put on hold forever. They are so slow because they don't have enough people to run the registers. They need 1 person to just take calls and speak to callers about their concèns. 1 person to work the drive-thru plus the register and 2 people for the registers and their problems would be solved. It's not like they can't afford it!

Ok customer service.

Called pharm at 9 am, was put on hold for over 20 mins. I am disabled and needed to see if my Dr had called in before I drive all the way there just to be sent back home without meds. This is not the first time that this has happened to me. They need more help, I know Walmarts can't afford to get more employees but their pharmacy area needs help
