Was a loyal customer from the day the store opened...until today. Over the years, customer service, store cleanliness, and value has declined. As I approached register 11 today, the cashier was completing the previous transaction...looked at me approaching and walked away. She walked to the desk in front of the entry doors and began rummaging through a buggy of sale items and talking with the elderly lady at the desk. They both looked over at me twice, and just ignored me.nI went to register 9 and the young cashier helped me. Told the manager at the customer service counter what had happened, she said it would be addressed, then her and the young male manager began talking and ignored me. I was dismissed as if I was nothing. Management shows no concern when a problem is brought to their attention. I have been talked to and treated poorly on numerous occasions, and after todays events, choose to spend my money elsewhere. Would rather drive 30 minutes to shop and be talked to and treated like a human being.
Expensive, but they usually have hard to find items.

Convenient location. Nice deli and meat section. Prices are high and get higher every time I go.
