Really hate to be negative sometimes I can't help it. Our dish washer we've had several years has died. We normally shop at the local Lowe's. So My wife and I headed down to get a new dishwasher. After we got there and shopped around she found one we wanted to purchase. I went to get and associate to help us with the purchase. The associate informed us that the dishwasher we wished to purchase wasn't in stock. Then she added we don't know when we will have another one. I asked if I could order one, she said no they wouldn't allow me to order one because they didn't know when I would get it. So I said then sell us the display washer. She said no we can't sell you that one either, we're not allowed. I was surprised. Here we are standing in a store that sells things. They have one of the items I wanted to purchase, but refused to sell it. To their defense none of the other stores in the area had any in stock either to sell. But there's about five or six of these units in the area one in each store, But there not for sale. I guess customer service and trying to make customers pleased is not as important as having things sitting in your stores that they can't buy.

I didn't see any lumber carts in the parking lot so I went inside to find one. The only ones I saw not in use were holding returned merchandise.(several). Maybe it was a busy Saturday or maybe people were spending their stimulus checks, either way it was not good. I ended up doing what every other shopper was doing; wait for a paying customer to leave with their cart, follow them to their vehicle, help them load and retrieve the golden, prize a lumber cart. All this added unproductive hours to my workday and forced me to work late. Maybe management should address this.

This store is always well stocked and the workers are helpful. Customer service usually has a line and need help at peak hours but they aren't frazzled and rude even when they probably have right to be.

I love Lowe's. And usually the customer service there is always fantastic. Not today . The young man behind the register that checked us out was very short and unpleasant when i asked him a question about the item i bought. . He seemed bothered and like he didn't want to be there. I tried to make a light conversation because he was so miserable and that seemed to make it worse so i just said nothing and finished checking out then left.

Daniel was so incredibly helpful this evening! He helped us in finding the perfect vanity mirrors and even went out of this way to help out when one of our pups had an accident on the floor. He was so generous, thoughtful and so kind. Thank you so much Daniel!
