What can you say, money buys almost everything
We tried ordering $1000 of appliances for delivery. After three delivery reschedules (and waiting all day each time with NO notification of any changes until we called), and despite speaking to a manager, who assured us that our order was on their shipping dock and it would be delivered the next morning, we got a fourth call to reschedule! We cancelled the order. The Assistant manager we spoke to told us that they have lots of problems with the delivery service. The West Jefferson Lowe’s needs to find a new company to do their deliveries.
Very well stocked and organized. Return desk is very efficient and polite. Was in there on Friday and Saturday. Lots of employees but on Saturday, harder to get help. But the folks who helped me were professional and knowledgeable.
I gave 4 starts due to most of the staff. The only thing I would change about this location is the hours. They close way too early compared to other locations. However for being a smaller store in a smaller town they keep pretty good stock.
ABSOLUTELY the best Lowe's I have ever been too. The staff are extremely friendly attentive to your needs and the most amazing thing to me is you usually don't have to go looking for help. They are most of the time 1 or 2 staff present to help at any time. Loves this place
