You better hear Miss Ally the first time she mumbles your transaction total, because if you don’t she’ll be repeating it with attitude the second time. I’m pretty sure she’s in management there as well. I’ll gladly drive another 60 seconds to the multiple Speedways in the area now.

I entered the store without a mask and even though I have a medical condition which makes it tough for me to wear one I try to cover my face to be politeupon getting my items and coming to the counter I was told that they were not allowed to serve me if I did not have a mask on at this time I had my shirt pulled up over my face and the lady informed me that that was not good enoughI said well this works just as good as any of the other masked people are wearing she said not according to the healthI apologize but I wasn't aware the health department put a guideline on what was acceptable and wasn't acceptable when it came to wearing a mask especially since I've seen people where several different different kind. so this encounter was a bit embarrassing but it was made worse when I turned around and the other lady cleaning the store started laughing without a mask on at allso if you're a customer it's mandated that you wear a mask but if you work there in or around everybody you don't have to make that make sense

I will NEVER go back to this Thornton's... And that says a lot since I live .1 mile away from it. I will be taking my business to the Speedway off of Breckenridge instead, and suggest you do the same. Ever since they've hired new people (about a month now), I have gotten nothing but attitude every time I go. Especially from some girl name Duanne or Juanne, or whatever her name is (I can't tell you for sure because she hides her name tag under a jacket). Tired of the tude that the night shift employees have. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Go somewhere else.

The cashier rang me up for two packs of cigarettes. I realized later that one of them was the wrong kind. When I came back to exchange them a couple of hours later, the same cashier was extremely helpful even though they had been slightly damaged.

Im a regular patron of this Thornton’s, stopping in at least once a day, and they are always friendly. They even go as far as making sure there are fresh pizza Tornados ready for me at 2:30 each afternoon, because they know that I almost always stop in for them on my way to work.
