Just attempted to get a manicure with a gift certificate I received. I checked the hours of operation on the card enclosed with the gift certificate. Walked into the salon a few minutes before 6:00 pm and was told they closed at 6:00. After leaving I called the number on the card to make sure I was in the right place and the employee that answered the phone confirmed I was at the correct salon.

Nails kept coming off. Took too long. Never on time. Too expensive. Not talk to customer.

Got my nails done today, have to ask the tech to get the hump out of my finger nails, left rough spots asked him to file them down, he didn’t file the excess dip from around and under my nail.nFirst and last time there. Very friendly and nice spa.

My daughter gets her nails here. The man is the best. They look great. Takes a long time though.
