The salesperson (Carrie Robinson) was extremely professional and without doubt made my experience very smooth. She didn't over promise. I would definitely recommend her and the store, as a source to buy from.

Not many stores carry what I needed much less have choices on display. I was able to see and sit at multiple choices guided by a knowledgeable salesman. I have some disability issues but the person helping me was patient to listen carefully, repeat when necessary and answer all my questions. Even dealing with Covid there will only be a short delay receiving the furniture purchased and I am happy with the price.
We visited Ashley's Furniture yesterday. I haven't received my sofa yet, of course. I wanted to share my experience with my sales consultant, Alex. She went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my choice. I had a great experience.
