I am very disappointed in the phone call I received today from Aaron's. I will be 5 days past my payment and I am told that I will have to pay a late fee. I was not granted any extension in payments when the delivery of my product was 8 days past the day of delivery. It seems it is ok for them to be late and have no consequence but not for the customer. On another note, the staff is always polite and friendly. Oh yes the blades to my mower were not installed correctly by Troybuilt according to Aarons and I know that can happen.. It was used once and I have to replace the blades $45.00 the second time it was used. I just a little disappointed in the service.
I like Aaron's. But I would like it if they would put the acessories that are available for something say I'm shopping for a refrigerator and I want one that has an ice maker or at least one is available it goes without saying ice is important in the south. Having that information would make it easier to choose online which one I want.
They tell you 1 thing and do another. It's like it's always a surprise when it comes to the price. I've never rented and this gave me more reason not to.
The store was nice and neat. The employees were very friendly I know i was very undecided on what I was looking for but they had patience. I would recommend my relatives to visit the store. Smiling faces were everywhere
