Lori is the Only employee here but she does a fantastic job on everybody. She is so good she really deserves a raise or to be assistant manager. She is the only employee and the manager is never there like ever she deserves assistant manager

Asked for one thing and walked out looking like a man's hair cut. Will never ever use them again. EVER! I asked for the back not to be cut but thinned and she cut it to my hair line, the sides she cut above my ears and I just wanted them thinned and the top I wanted just like a picture I brought in and lord let me tell you it is nothing like the picture. It is choppy and uneven one side is longer than the other there are long pieces where there shouldn't be. Heavens help me. Good thing I have a wig from when I had brain surgery and they had to cut all my hair off and can wear it because I can't go anywhere with this mess.

Have been siting here for 30 minutes no employee. Lori answered the phone when I called just 15 minutes earlier and just was not there when I showed up. Don’t use if you want a good haircut or if you want one in a timely manner

Lorie is the best. If you go you need to see if Lorie is available to cut your hair because she is the best
