Really great experience! Susan and Lisa do great work and were very polite.. it was busy today, we went around 330pm and everyone was still very nice.. spoke with Russell on the phone to make an appointment and he was extremely accommodating and answered all questions without rushing me. We will definitely be back.. This was my first time at this place and I was not disappointed...nnDownsides that were not worth removing a star:nn-Not a very large building this wouldn’t have been an issue at all had it not been packed.n- it was really warm inside to me but it was barely 40 degrees outside today and the body heat probably added to the warmthn-there was one grouchy worker there who kinda made me a little put off by his scowl but he could’ve been tired or having a bad day.n-only one tv but it is large and honestly I didn’t see a space to fit another.nnUpdate 8/2020nIf Russell the younger guy isn’t there don’t bother... customer service lacks greatly without him. Very rude today. .. maybe they were ready to get off

I came in and asked for a full set of coffin nails to be taken off. Russell, who is hard of hearing, sent me to his wife (also unprofessional AF) who started to clip my week-old nails off with a new nail tip. I asked if there was another way that they could remove the full set and she yelled “soak off!” She moved me again & gave me a bowl of acetone to soak in. I sat there with acetone for over an hour. Because they are unprofessional, they sat me there to destroy my fingers and argued with me about cleaning the peeling acetone residue and filing my nails. And, of course, they talked about me in their native tongue. Please stop patronizing these rude people. They are the same people from the corner of Bonita Lakes Mall they got shut down. They have not changed a thing! I will never go back there.nnBy the way, the smart thing to do, would have been doing it right and I would have been out of your hair in a quarter of the time. Ridiculous
