I made double appointments for my friend and I to get pedicures together. When we got there, only one nail tech was available. My friend got her pedicure while I sat there and no one ever became available for me. I understand that things happen and appointments don’t always start on time but a simple apology would’ve gone a long way. After 45 minutes of waiting we ended up having to leave, without so much as a word from any of the staff. A complete waste of my time and terrible customer service.
Great Pedis but they need to improve at actually answering the phone. I’ve been calling for DAYS and still not on pick up if the phone
$90 for two basic pedicures No hot wax, nor salt rock scrubs. My girlfriend's white tips aren't straight with jagged lines. Had I seen this prior to exiting, I wouldn't have given a tip, and would've questioned the high charge compared to the low quality of work. We won't be back.
My favorite place for pedicure. Very friendly and acomadating staff
Waited for over an hour for pedicure we were there by 930 am had called 2 days prior for apt they stated walk in only very poor service and pricey compared to others
