Things are a little over pricednI have a few things from here i cant wait to pay it off because im tired of paying on it
Customer service is terrible. They DO NOT return phone calls as they proclaim! My girlfriend and I have been playing cat and mouse with the delivery personnel for a week straight. They show up unannounced when no one is home and then call and say they’ll come back at the end of their route. After waiting for 4 hours, we call to only hear they’re done with deliveries for the day and they’ll “try to fit us in” the next day. Poor management and communication skills. I said what I said!!!!
I got a new computer that works great. Great customer service!
Katelynn Jones (Meridian MS) is an amazing sales associate!! She was extremely helpful and very nice. She was knowledgeable about products. I recommend her!!!!
