Woodstock Furniture

Went to this store to buy a couch with the fiancé. Our budget was around $2,000 to $5,000 at the time. We walk in and start looking. The owner approaches and asks the general questions. Then he asks how much our budget is. I tell him $2,000. He says well you are not going to be able to afford anything in here. He says this is the high end store and the other Woodstock stores deal in lower quality. There furniture is not even worth that in this store. Before I purchase from Woodstock, I would literally drive to another state and spend 100 times more than what Woodstock charges and drive back. If this store was in another state they would have discrimination lawsuits filed against them and they would be out of business. Some of the other Woodstock stores in Meridian have better customer service. This particular location is one of the worse I have seen. Because of this location, I will not even give my business to other Woodstock stores in this area. P.S. Got a response from owner David Honeycutt saying they sincerely apologize and that the issue will be addressed. You can read there response below! Not really sure how you are going to address the issue when you- David Honeycutt was the one that made the statement. Are you going to fire yourself, make your self go take some classes on customer service, give yourself a reprimand? If I was you, I would take the salary that you get for one month and distribute it among your employees as a bonus. Because at your other stores, the sales reps are actually good and customer orientated. They are actually there to sell something and not tell customers there is nothing they can buy. Yet, because of you I will not give business to any of your Woodstock stores.

Love shopping here. If they don’t have what you are looking for they will find it. We have shopped here for many years. My last purchase was a breakfast room set. Scott helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Friendly, helpful and can almost read your mind.

Woodstock Furniture is great at making your visions come to life, I am waiting for the rest of my furniture to come in and everything will be complete....so excited! Thanks so much Bailey and crew, you are awesome!

I absolutely love this establishment! They have all the things that I want in my home and so much more. The staff is very kind and attentive. The store is laid out well,organized, andis very inviting.. The prices there aren't too bad either for the quality of their products. I highly reccomend !
