Kenny was the sweetest person. I'd never had a massage before and he made me super comfortable and he was super easy to talk to. Definitely will see him in the future.
Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Staff is great working with me on booking my appointments. Massages are awesome, therapist knows how to accommodate and target problem areas on the muscles with proper techniques....i would recommend this place!
Awesome experience! I saw Ashley and will not see anyone else from now on! If you are someone that likes easy conversation and a wonderful massage, she’s your girl!!
Save your money dont go near these low life thieves.. All these guys do is pressure u to sign a contract.. Employee are good if u can get pass them company thieves at front desk... I promise I'm not the only person feel like this..
I have booked twice in the past month and both of my bookings were cancelled. I am a busy mom of two children under the age of two, so my days and time are limited. My first massage was cancelled due to someone calling off and the second one was because the computer had a glitch and overbooked the time I selected? No one called me to cancel the second massage, I found out through email, so I called to check. I was offered to go to one in Madison or for a later time, but I am not driving that way when I live in and work in the Flowood area. The GM told me she was trying to help me, but I honestly don’t feel as if I was being helped at all. I feel as if I was being moved around to accommodate their needs. Not the best customer service experience.
