The staff at the Louisville office is great and they strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your results. The staff is so nice! They always greet me with a smile and answer all my questions. I chose Ideal because the customer service is amazing. I have only went to two appointments, and the results are great already. They always follow up with me and make sure that everything is still going good. I would recommend this to anyone.
Ideal image is a real game changer. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful, they start to become a part of a wonderful experience during your journey to never having to shave, wax, or tweeze again. I'm not going to lie, I was skeptical at first, but after going there and having everything explained to me I felt very confident in the process. And WOW the results are awesome! I'm not even done with my treatment process (I have a one more to go) and I'm already almost completely hair free! I would highly recommend to anyone who doesn't want to worry about unwanted hair anymore. They work with your budget and payment plans also so you don't have to feel stressed and can be comfortable with your payments! I love this place so much. Completely satisfied, I would recommend Ideal Image to everyone I know. From setting up my initial appointment to returning for my follow up and additional treatments. The staff is amazing and most of all genuine. The facility is beautifully decorated and more sterile than some medical facilities I’ve visited. I am very pleased with my results. The staff seemed to be just as pleased. They made me feel very comfortable. If you are considering any of the services provided by ideal image I strongly recommend you book an appointment.
