720pm at night I had a terrible situation and want to give Bree in the bakery a shout out. Had placed a cake order at another different Walmart to only find out 2 days before the birthday that we were having Friday, that they were out of cakes and the Birthday cake had NOT been made.nLeft the store in a panic and called this Walmart. When transferred to the bakery Bree answered. Explained the situation and she took over. She was so accommodating and took the order on the phone while I drove over. Arrived at the store and Bree had the order wrote up and all I had to do was pay for the cake.nCame in and picked up the beautiful cake. Shout out also to WHOEVER made the cake. It was beautiful. Several customers spoke of what a great looking cake. Thank you.nThis is an example of stellar customer service at its finest. Thank you Bree for all your help and I have a super happy 6 year old who had a great birthday, all thanks to you! Walmart please recognize this young woman!
We get cupcakes at the store on Hwy, 19N and they are delicious. The cuspakes are the white cake mix with white icing. They remind me of wedding cakes. Awesome.
