Mr. Gary Bailey at Miskelly in Madison supplied exceptional customer service from beginning to end. When me and my mom entered the store we were greeted and asked what our needs were. I told him I was looking for a tufted bed and he quickly walked us to the section where some were. He asked a lot of questions to ensure I got the style I was desiring. Shop with him whenever you go to Miskelly, and you will leave feeling relaxed and completely satisfied. I even went back and shopped with him the next day for more furniture. Ha!

Ms Terry at the Madison store is super helpful and informative with all aspects, from the products themselves, deliveries, and service plans! Sales staff doesn’t push or hover while you’re browsing, so you don’t ever feel pressured. Great experience!

I went to Miskelly to look around for a nice recliner to replace a cheap one purchased at a competitor. Gary was very helpful with choices for me being tall. I sat in about four recliners he suggested. After going back and forth testing, I chose the first one he had suggested. I never left Miskelly to look at any other recliners. Delivery and their setup was great. They were on time as stated in the call and text information to confirm. Please go to Madison Miskelly and ask for Gary. I highly recommend the Franklin 4756 Beasley Antigua Dark Brown Recliner!! ⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f

Great experience at the Madison location. Ed Manning was wonderful to work with. He took the time to really make sure we found what I was looking for, and I am very particular! Would recommend this location and Ed to anyone looking for some new quality furniture.

Shopped at Madison and Pearl locations and as usual it was a pleasure. Karen is my go to lady at Madison and I just love and trust her to help me find the perfect piece of furniture!
