I first thought Aaron's was a great company to lease from, after the total disrespect their delivery Driver showed my home and myself, I was wrong. Their delivery Driver made rude and obnoxious comments about my home as well as straight up called me obscene names and not to mention the racial comments that were made, I will never step foot in any Aaron's store for as long as I live, i strongly recommend Best Buy no problems with them at all.

Worst Aaron’s location ever. Had a tv delivered to us. Driver sets the tv in our living room and doesn’t set it up (taking it out of the box etc) and just leaves. My husband goes to set up the tv and it’s broken. We call them and tell them we got delivered a broken tv. They ask “did the driver set it up” we tell them “no”. So it goes silent. Then they’re like well you guys are responsible for it since your husband set it up. How are we responsible for a tv that’s delivered broken and y’all wont replace it because my husband took it out the box when your driver just left it without setting it up. I guess Aaron’s has never heard of broken TVs coming from manufacturers or in general. We just decided to go to Best Buy. Simpler and easier

I see all this praise going towards this location and I’m not impressed. The only person that can get 5 stars from me is the delivery driver that delivers and assembles. Maybe just Maybe he should run this location.
