This place is a joke. You say furniture is “In Stock”, however, it’s not physically there and will only be available the following week because it’s in a warehouse. ud83dude02ud83dude02ud83dude02. Maybe someone should inform them what “In Stock” actually means. If it is not for immediate sale, it is not in stock. You also can’t physically see or sit on the furniture because it is not available on the show room floor. You know why? Because it’s not in stock. LOL!
Truly enjoyed my experience. Staff was very friendly. We bought a bed and the adjustable base!. Rhonda was very patient while my husband and I laid on the beds and discussed what we should get.
Picked up furniture notice a factory error they took responsibility but told me I have pay for them to fix it even tho it’s their fault. I wouldn’t buy anything from them and wouldn’t advise anyone else to purchase either
Good price and friendly staff but delivery of furniture never arrived waited from 3-6 at 7 I called was told they were on the way just running behind at 8:30 am the next day still waiting. I lost money on the rooms I booked because I couldn't go out of town and come home to no furniture ud83dude21nSo the owner came in and made the delivery him and the other guy were very friendly and my kids loved ❤ufe0fud83dude0d their new sets. I was missing a part and they ordered and replaced so all in all I am happy and would recommend ud83dude0a
My furniture I received here back in November was delivered on time and great quality. Great customer service and truly personable staff. All in all, I love coming home to my living space and it all started with picking a place you can trust. In Jackson, its not easy to know where to go for good quality furniture besides the big name brand stores. Shop here and you wont be dissappointed.
