Tonya, the owner, is incredibly helpful and kind! Dominique was also incredible with my Brazilian! She even accommodated me with an underarm wax even though it wasn’t part of my original appointment since she had some additional time. The prices are great and the service and quality are outstanding! I have told all my friends and I will definitely be back before I leave town. I highly recommend taking pain killers prior to your Brazilian...it hurt but it wasn’t the worst pain because it’s really quick. You’ll be so pleased with how smooth you are afterward.
I had a wish order shipped there. It was the second time i had an order delivered there. The first time things went smoothly. This time when I went to pick it up the girl behind the counter refused to give me my order because it was not Tuesday or Thursday. There were no customers in the store. She was sitting there playing on her phone. The tablet they use to look up and find the order was laying on the counter in front of her. But even though my package was on some shelf in the back of the store....she would not walk back there and get it because it was not a Tuesday or Thursday. She was very rude when I asked the reason why I could not pick my package up. I will pay the extra money to have my packages delivered to my house from now on.
Asia is wonderful! Really patient and understanding. Extremely professional and just a joy to talk with. I've been twice now and she made me feel comfortable for my first time. Dominique is also a great woman to speak with and just an all around great staffing. The services are all great!
I am big on support a all black business. My first experience was wonderful they were very professional, communication skills were excellent. Doing the whole process Anna made it very comfortable for me. She wasn’t afraid to hold a conversation it was like I was talking to a best friend. I would definitely recommend other people. Thank you Anna for making this experience wonderful.
I only went by to pick up a package so my experience with them was limited. The lovely lady I spoke with was very helpful and pleasant. The spa is nicely decorated and really looked like you could relax and enjoy your trip. I would be happy to do business with them again.
